Happy National Small Business Month from doc2e-file! Small businesses are not to be underestimated. Even though they are small in size, they are large in impacting the community and economy. Did you know that 45.9% of Americans are employed by a small business? As a certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE), doc2e-file takes great pride in contributing and creating opportunities within our community. We wanted to take a moment to reflect on our growth and how far we’ve come as a small RIM (Records and Information Management) business.

While doc2e-file has transformed and grown since our inception in 1999, our passion for records and information management is as strong as ever! Being a small business and SBE Certified is something we are really proud of and it’s all thanks to our amazing community. We often collaborate with other small businesses, sharing insights and connections, to support local growth.
Hurricane season is a big part of life in the South (almost 6 months out of the year!) and impacts nearly everything we do. It is a main reason why we specialize in damaged document recovery. In fact, it was Hurricane Ike that led doc2e-file to become HUBZone Certified, which means that we invest in strengthening our community by creating jobs in historically underutilized business zones. Today, more than 35% of our team leaves locally to our office! Being a small business gives us the ability to act fast in times of emergencies. In times of natural disaster recovery, we’ve been able to help provide hosted access to vital records needed to get businesses back on their feet and facilitate access to important information. Solving local problems starts with local insight.
Big results come from small businesses. Contact us today and learn how doc2e-file can help!
