This contract may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside of the state.

Warranty & Returns
Any services to be provided by doc2e-file, Inc shall conform to the standards generally observed in the industry for similar services.
Such services shall be performed in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations or orders.
doc2e-file, Inc guarantees its services based on information provided in writing with original purchase order and agreed to by both parties; and offers at no additional cost to the customer to replace defective electronic media/re-process all documents or data that do not meet the agreed quality standards. doc2e-file, Inc guarantees 99.5% accuracy on Document Imaging and Data Processing Services.
